This store is great. Clean, good range of products, staff are generally friendly. There is one young girl with brown hair who is always at the checkout. She calls everyone “hun”, including women who are clearly much older than her. It comes off as condescending and very off-putting and fake. Initially she acted overly friendly and would make uncomfortable conversation. She has now dropped that act and is just straight up rude. It’s a very unpleasant experience having to interact with her. Makes me never want to return to this store as she is always a cashier.

I have a soft spot for Ulta Beauty. During the hard times I could still shop there and still get great customer service. Unlike the other big beauty store, they have great products for all budgets.
I’ve been shopping at this ulta beauty for years. After todays experience I’ll never be back there again. I few weeks ago a bought a travel size sample of a face wash that I ended up loving, so I went back to purchase the big version. When I walked in the lady behind the front desk was super sweet, she didn’t know which face wash it was so she asked the manager. The manager was instantly was rude to me. I showed her a photo of the product I was looking for on my phone when I googled it. She goes not all ultas carry that and that they do not. She then asked for the product # which was on their site. She goes it’s on the back wall if you go look there. So I walked back there and went through all the aisles and I didn’t find it. I gave up and put all of the other products I was going to buy back. I’ve worked in customer service/retail for over 20 years and that was so unprofessional. She should have taken me back to the area and showed me where the product was. Guess I’ll go back to shopping at Sephora.

I tried the salon today and I was absolutely impressed with my haircut! I've been looking for someone who knows how to cut my hair the way I like it and today I found Kayla. She's phenomenal! If you're looking for a great cut and style then I highly recommend giving Ulta Beauty a chance. You'll be glad you did.
High quality products and excellent customer service. I really enjoyed shopping here because they had all the products I was looking for and a vast array of them too.

I thought about a higher review since I really liked my stylist. But they have been cancelling pretty frequently. This is on top of the fact that their online appointment platform doesn't always work.
Scheduled a last minute hair cut and blow dry at Ulta while I was visiting LA. Aylin was an awesome and friendly hairstylist. I love my hair cut! Thanks Aylin!
Ciana was so helpful! Had a $1 difference in my exchange and was able to balance it out for me so it was a 1:1. A small difference but a hugely kind gesture! Ulta should comp a lunch (at LEAST) for employees like this!
